Shelagh Grant
Chief Executive
Shelagh is Chief Executive of The Housing Forum. The Housing Forum is the all-industry membership body for the complete housing construction and renewal industry built on the strengths of partnering.
Shelagh has developed The Housing Forum to give it wide reach and relevance to all involved in the housing industry and ensure The Housing Forums work on Affordability, Sustainability and Process Improvement is pursued by housing leaders.
Shelagh has a national reputation in housing and regeneration, with over 20 year's experience. Prior to running this national organisation, Shelagh had substantial experience of different housing markets working in senior positions for the Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and Gateshead Councils. Shelagh was both Director of Housing and Director of Community Services at Peterborough City Council where she held responsibility for housing, regeneration and culture, leading stock transfer to Cross Keys Homes. Shelagh is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a member of the UK Housing Panel.

Krystyna Blackburn
Project Director
Krystyna is Project Director of The Housing Forum. She Project Manages the Construction Legacy-Housing and Construction Legacy-London Projects in partnership with ConsutrctionSkills. Krystyna provides secretariat to the Housing Forum Board and involvement with Working Groups and all Conferences.

Colm Quinn
Strategic Projects Manager
Colm is Strategic Projects Manager for The Housing Forum. He is responsible for day to day liaison with The Housing Forum membership, general policy work, and delivering a number of projects such as the Diagnostic and Measurement Tool on Supply Chain Integration in Social Housing.
