RLHA (a not for profit organisation) and Ethical Leasehold Management (ELM) have been in business for over 40 years. It began with us specialising in the first ever development of private leasehold management in the ‘independent retirement living’ sector in 1971. Over the past 40 plus years we’ve established enviable pedigree within the estate management industry and we’re now a well-respected and reputable organisation in the South of England which engages with all aspects of the residential estate management market. In 2011 we swept the Board at the ARHM Annual Awards Ceremony where we won GOLD in all three categories:
Value for money services
Overall service excellence
Our Mission Statement is:
‘Our aim is to make a difference. We’ll listen to our customers and staff, understand what’s important to them and find ways to continuously improve what we do. We’ll work together to manage property the way our customers want and that our employees are proud of. As an organisation, we’ll strive to be; inspirational, to create loyalty and develop future opportunities for growth.’
Our growth is important to us and we are always keen to discuss freehold acquisitions of new and existing leasehold stock, Resident Management Companies requirements and Right to Manage Companies.
