Our full range of consultancy services includes Employers Agent and Cost Consultancy, Project Management, Building Surveying, Dilapidation and Condition Surveys, CDM Co-ordinator, Party Wall Awards, Architectural and Design Services and Residential Valuations. We also have a Sustainability team providing EPC certificates, Code for Sustainable Homes and SAP Assessments as well as Sustainability Statements and Environmental Assessments for planning purposes.
We have been established since 1987 and over this time have been appointed on all types of residential projects from major estate regeneration schemes and multi-million pound mixed use new build developments to small specialist developments of supported housing schemes. Our affordable housing experience has included homes for general needs, shared ownership, key worker, intermediate rents and sheltered housing. We have also worked within the commercial, health, education, industrial, and community and leisure sectors both on the refurbishment and conversion of existing buildings to the project management of new developments.
