The Housing Forum's 2018 Yearbook

10 December 2018

We are delighted to announce the launch of The Housing Forum’s annual Yearbook; showcasing the Forum’s achievements in 2018, and previewing our plans for 2019.

Launched at The Housing Forum’s Members Morning event on Friday 7 December at The Goldsmiths’ Centre, the Yearbook provides a detailed summary of how the Forum has influenced the housing agenda during a transformative year for the sector.

Chairman of The Housing Forum, and Architectural and Built Environment Advisor at MHCLG, Andy von Bradsky writes:

‘We can look back at 2018 as one of the most successful years in The Housing Forum. There was a marked and growing influence in policy making, expansion of our activities and an operational refresh which saw the organisation rebranded and refocused with more highly successful events around the country.’

In addition to a reflection on The Forum’s activities over the past 12 months, the Yearbook also includes an examination of the challenges and opportunities for the sector in 2019.

Shelagh Grant, Chief Executive of The Housing Forum added:

‘Looking forward to 2019, we are anticipating continued focus on housing delivery as the numbers of new homes built continues to rise…Our unique position is our cross-sector status and our essential offer is partnership working. We plan to nurture and promote this with a full programme of events over the next year’

All members of The Housing Forum will receive a copy of the 2018 Yearbook in the post over the coming weeks.
