Team Changes at The Housing Forum
The Housing Forum will be losing the services of Membership Marketing Manager, Callum Riley at the end of May. Callum is relocating to the US but will continue working for The Housing Forum remotely with a focus on several key projects.
Taking over as Interim Head of Membership and supporting Shelagh Grant with member relations will be Shirley Heapy who joins at the start of March.
Shirley is well known in the housing sector with previous senior roles at GL Hearn (Part of Capita plc) and affordable rent to buy specialists Rentplus UK. Shirley will also continue as Southeast Vice-Chair of Women in Social Housing (WISH) which she helped establish.
In announcing these changes The Housing Forum, Chief Executive, Shelagh Grant said: ‘We are very disappointed to be losing Callum who has contributed so much over the last two years and delighted that he will provide support to several key projects over the next four months. We wish him well for the future’.
Shelagh added: ‘Shirley will be a tremendous asset for The Housing Forum and will be a key link for all members over the coming months. She already has a well-developed network of senior and influential contacts across the industry and will be reaching out to Housing Forum members to ensure that they are maximising the value they obtain from membership.’
