Overview: The race to build more homes is on and Public-Private Development is a hot topic across the sector. With a key focus from all political parties, together with the launch of the Housing White Paper, more Local Authorities are throwing their hat into the ring to directly deliver new homes. R.Ps are securing private development investment and some ALMOs are either being brought back in house or taking a conscientious but commercial view of their asset profile and demand.
