Transforming West Greenwich: delivering high-quality and innovative urban housing and mixed use developments.
The October 2017 Forum was held in Leicestershire with British Gypsum.
It considered the challenge of introducing innovative products to a sector focused on initial price rather than lifetime cost and utility to customers. This Forum also examined the national and local issues affecting delivery of housing from the perspective of the HCA, NHBC and Housing Associations.

In conjunction with ilke Homes (http://www.ilkehomes.co.uk/) we ran an Innovation workshop on the morning of Friday 14 July.
ilke Homes demonstration development in Gallions Reach is an example of a new wave of modular homes. Ben Denton, Head of Group Strategy and Business Development at Keepmoat Regeneration presented on advantages in construction efficiency, running costs, flexibility and choice. There was a tour of the completed homes.
First Innovation workshop took place on Friday 31 March 2017 and was hosted by switch2.
It covered the latest policy developments in housing, heat network regulation and included a video demonstration of connected heat networks.
